A little girl in my 4th grade class came up to me after recess and said, “I got married at recess!” and I said “Oh? I didn’t know anyone was ordained under the age of twelve.” and she asked me what ordained meant and I explained and then she said “Oh, well, no, my wife and I were married by the slide, but we’ll be happy together anyway.”

So apparently on school playgrounds, slides are already legalizing same-sex marriage.

Harington: It is a tribute to how well Nina Gold has cast this show, and the producers, that they not only cast very high-quality actors but also really down-to-earth people. Everyone is very grounded. Also in the cases of us, this is one of our first big gigs, so it is a shared experience. It’s a cliche, but we’re all on the journey together.

Madden: You are growing up together. Isaac, what are you, 13 now?

Wright: (Sitting up straight) 13. (Now 14)

Madden: You have changed a lot. I have changed a lot since 21, starting the show. Kit has changed a lot.

Williams: It would be nice to see the boys more. We see Isaac, but the older guys we don’t see so much.

Turner: They always felt like older brothers that have gone to uni.

Have you had any Stark nights out?

Madden: (Considering this as a good idea) No. But we’ve had Stark nights at the hotel. In the bar. Which is quite nice, when we all get together off-screen, because we don’t have that in the show. Like a secret pay-off: have a chat and some food. Sometimes Kit and me have had… nights out.

Harington: (To Wright) Do you have nights out with Sophie and Maisie?

(Wright just stares at him.)

Harington: (Laughs) Maybe not. Don’t want to hang out with the girls?

Turner: (Laughs) We go wild.

The first time Pete noticed HG wearing Myka’s jacket he assumed she must have borrowed it; they had been staying at that hotel for several days longer than expected.
The second time — pretty much ever in his life that he had noticed details of a woman’s wardrobe — it was to blurt out a question to Myka in the middle of a briefing with Artie and Mrs. F. He just couldn’t stay focused until he’d asked when she’d gotten that brown leather jacket. Myka didn’t answer question, and didn’t make eye contact with Pete as she waited for Artie to get them back on track. Pete was, as ever with Myka and HG, so confused.
By the third time, Pete had no problem figuring out what was going on. He pointed at Myka as they walked out of the local sheriff’s office, artifact safe for the moment, and went for the straightforward, “I guess if you’re sharing a bed you may as well share clothes.”
For a moment it looked as if Myka might try to claim she and HG weren’t sleeping together (and hadn’t been for months), and then as if she might to manage a scoff at his conclusion.
In the end, she gave him a half smile and a soft look. “Yeah, Pete. Might as well.”
